Increasing number of ads makes people
thinking complicated about what they supposed to think. People cannot get rid
of this ad. According to this passage “Hype” by Kalle Lasn states that no
longer people have their peaceful area to stay along without any ads. The
authors shows statistic that every day 12 million display ads, 3 million radio
commercials, and more than 200,00 TV commercials are influence all around north
Americans. He pointed out that these ads are toxic of mental pollution.
Having too many information in mind
can have negative effect on mind. There is an example of ads which give us lot
of information for one product or services in many different ways. As a result
people get confused about those particulate things. It’s always happen to me
when I go to shop to by something like face wash cannot think about only one
company. Because I saw different company present their products in a different
ways to show them useful. So I get confuse every time which one should I buy.so
it intercept my mind and make me think about it. On the other hand, ads have an
own attraction to people to willing them to have their products or service
eventhougy; people already have same kind of things.it also makes people stop
to think about it or worried about it.
In addition, it is true that author said
that ads spread everywhere that people have no chance to close their eyes.it
seems like ads take away people privacy and their own choice. Everywhere people
go for shopping they have camera to advertise what people do. Its look like we
are the medal of the earth and ads take advantage for us to record people
activities. People are depends on this ads that they are waiting for the ads to
see which ads are good qualify to full fill consumer demands. The more ads they
see the more they influence about that products.
It is not in creditable that ads give
people convenience. Ads not only give people information about their products
or service but also intercept people mind and daily activities. Ads are always
everywhere towards people.
